"My husband and I enjoyed this beautiful hotel in a perfect location for exploring Florence on foot. It is walking distance to the train station and to all of the most popular tourist sights. The room was large the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a small gym with modern equipment, and on site is a lovely bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety of hot and cold choices. We had no complaints."

"The hotel was great with helping us arrange the hotel offered walking tour to introduce us to Florence. Sabina the owner/host was our tour guide, and she was excellent during our private tour of Florence, she was very knowledgeable about the city, and it was a perfect introduction and start to our trip.
The hotel itself was great, located in an old monastery just minutes away from the Uffizi gallery. The Turkish steam shower was a great option in our chosen room.
Everything about our stay...

"Great location, but very noisy right outside from approx 9am-11pm due to market and street singers.
Place is pretty well maintained. Helpfulness of staff was dependent on who you were talking with, some great. Breakfast was actually more than what we expected.
Main frustration was that staff only on-site part of the day. Ended up needing more tissue later in the day, and couldnt get it."
