"I booked a 4 day stay in a room with a balcony and garden view. However , upon my arrival,I was assigned a ground-floor room facing the street. ( 4m to the street) .The room also had a noticeable musty ,moldy smell, so I refused to accept it. The hotel then offered me a room with balcony and street view for the first 2 nights, informing me that I would tl have to move back to the original for thr remaining nights. As I did not wish to spend my stay in an unpleasant room I decided to leave...

"Exceptional service and English speaking staff were very kind and eager to assist. Upgraded to B3 villa overlooking lake with private patio. Manicured grounds and very clean pool area nestled right next to towering limestones. Breakfast is made to order with western and local fare (pho for breakfast some of the best Ive had!). Ate dinner onsite and chef prepared a meal that rivals anything nearby. Location in Trang An can’t be beat in the midst of all manor attractions and dining ATM and...

"Excellent location surrounded by nature (lotus pond and backdrop mountains). Charming country farm construction and decor. Small staff was friendly and helpful, but dinner was slow with limited choices. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed five nights at this excellent hôtel inTam Coc, super clean and comfortable, quiet location but still walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Great service from all the staff, Vy at the reception was very helpful and the young lady serving breakfast ( I forgot her name ) was always professional and very kind. Very good bicycles provided, beautiful pool and such a nice dining room. They even brought a birthday cake in my room! We absolutely recommend the Pataco!"

"Excellent staff. Very clean place, good food. Nice little pool. Everything about this place was excellent. 5 minute walk to the busy street with all the restaurant and bars."

"I had an amazing stay here in Ninh Binh. The whole experience felt incredibly warm and homey from the moment I arrived. The highlight was definitely the family who owns and runs the property. They were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable, and they made me feel at home throughout my entire stay. You can tell they really care about their guests and put a lot of heart into the place. Everything about the stay was great — the property was comfortable, peaceful, and had such a nice...

"Clean and very spacious room. Very good breakfast. Banana pancakes!"

"Très bonne expérience. Le personnel est tout simplement adorable. Les chambres sont propre et la literie est bien. La piscine est un plus dans cette chaleur, très propre et agréable. Situé à seulement 5 min en taxi du parking du parcours en bateau, c’est idéal. Plein de restaurant à côté, tous aussi bon et très locaux. "

"Rooms excellent Pool excellent Staff very helpful Food was average Tour guide Thai was excellent"

"Die Unterkunft ist rundum hervorragend. Die Leute sind super nett und helfen sofort falls etwas nicht in Ordnung. Gleich bei det Ankunft bekamen wir Tipps für Unternehungen. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. WLAN war auch in Ordnung und auch der Flughafentransfer hat super geklappt. Wir können Village Homestay uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen"

"Overall nice place to stay, however, be aware that the location is quite remote and you will need transportation to go anywhere. The staff were lovely and the food was home cooked and excellent. Some of the best food we have had in Vietnam. The drinks menu was very limited. Just beer really. There is no bar. Our room was lovely, but it was very dark inside. We couldn’t actually see much whilst getting ready in the evening. Also, the water pressure was so low that we couldn’t use the beautiful...

"Jasmine is a wonderful person, she has a very big heart. If you need anything at all she makes sure you feel heard and has made me feel very welcome. I like to try different restaurants but she's such a good cook I mostly eat here. The ac in the rooms work great even on a 110 degree day. The pool is well maintained and she also has a very fair price for laundry service. If I could live here with her family I would."

"Staff was excellent. Very kind people. The room was just as shown of the photos, clean, fresh, spacious and a cute balcony. The location is great!"

"It’s a beautiful property on beautiful grounds and 5 min walk to the gorgeous Bic Dong Pagoda Temple and lotus ponds. "

"Sauberes Zimmer, ruhige Lage, super nette Menschen, gutes Frühstück, Möglichkeit Fahrräder auszuleihen"
