"El personal hizo que la estancia estuviera mucho mejor. Pero cuando llegamos nos dieron un habitación que estaba muy incómoda. Olía mucho a moho y a humedad. Olía como si no la hubieran ventilado hace mucho. No estaba muy limpia. Pedimos que nos cambien y así fue. La otra habitación estuvo mejor. Sin embargo las instalaciones dejan mucho que decir.
