Check in and out was quick and easy. Food was delicious. There was entertainment every night and pool activities during the day. Staff was not overly friendly but always courteous and helpful if asked. Its a smaller, kind of low key resort compared to a RUI, for example, but that is what I look for. I absolutely LOVED this resort and will definitely be returning.

Worn down hotel. Loud music starting at 10:30 am till past 6 at night. No siestas. Had our room cleaned once in 9 days! Food was cold . Specialty restaurant lost our reservation then the next night , no one was there to seat us . Patio doors didn't lock . This is at best a 3 star hotel. Nice view of the ocean from our room. Only staff who smiled was the bell hop and a young man and breakfast. This was our 6th time in Cabo . Stay away!!

Food was not the greatest, hotel is old, and the entertainment is mediocre. If you are looking to just sit in the sun all day this is for you. Be aware the entertainment is in the centre of the complex right by the rooms, if you like an early night you are not going to be happy. Would not return.

When checkout is at noon and you have a couple hours to wait for your airport shuttle, it would be nice if they would let you sit at the bar and have a drink. Instead, they immediately cut your wrist band off and act like you don't belong on the property. Pretty low class.

Bedding was great, some staff were courteous, pool was good, beach is not safe to swim,.... About the restraunts- not so happy, there are only two. You must make reservations the day before via their web link to eat at the Luna restaurant a la carte. You cannot walk in. Your only choice is the buffet restaurant and they close about 2 hours between breakfast, lunch and dinner. I will most likely try a differnt Luna has snacks during the day but the snacks were not appetizing at all. I tried the pepperoni pizza and I could not eat it. Seemed to be microwaved frozen pizza.

Only a few bartenders were welcoming like Ivan, he was AMAZING. All others seemed like they did not enjoy their job. Food was not all that great and mainly stale or overcooked and cold.

Morning breakfast not available till 7 am. Can’t get in the pool till 9 am. Website listed 3 different beers, only one available. Karioke at night was loud and echoed throughout the hotel, families with kids couldn’t sleep. The dining food was always the same, no verity.

The hotel was nice but they need to up grade their sewer system, the way, the sewer was backing up and the smell was coming in the bathroom and the shower was horrible

It's an older hotel so as long as you go in knowing that, you should be fine. Caution: they ask everyone to not flush toilet paper but rather deposit your business in a little garbage can next to the toilet. Had I known that, I probably would have gone somewhere else.

Not much selection for food. We saw most of the same things day in and day out. water shut off quite a few times with no notification staff was friendly and helpful not a lot of choices for people with celiacs (gluten free) people. Pools were clean . Unable to take food to the beach to enjoy the view.

Nic clean property. The food options were very basic with no fine dining. Cocktails were good but the beach is not swim able. The resort grounds were small enough to get around quickly. Smoking is only allowed at the beach and in the underground parking area.

This property was serviceable. You get what you pay for. The buffet food was fine, the bar service was fine, the pool was good. Nothing much else going on. Pool table was out of service. WiFi was terrible. Could not get my phone to stay connected and my laptop WiFi suffered as well. They did not have to-go plastic forks for enjoying leftovers from restaurants in our room. Shower would flood so you had to take 30 second lukewarm showers. Luckily we ventured out most days and evenings but if you’re one of those who stays on the resort the whole time, it’s gonna kinda suck.
