"The continental breakfast is great! It’s a city eclectic boutique hotel, with a nice pool, spa, fitness center and small game room.
The rooms are ok. A little outdated. No smart TVs. The staff were nice but some seemed maybe new or in training.
Very family friendly. Great location. We would stay again."

"when I got there that asked me for a $100 deposit which they held for 2 days. expedia did not tell me they were gonna charge me that. it was an inconvenience for my trip. Also, they charge $10 for parking per night and their parking is not secure. could not join the breakfast they lock up the door and then they yell at you if you knock."

"To begin with, there was nobody at the front desk for any help. Somebody that was staying at the hotel let me in, he was having problems trying to to get another card to replace the original to get in. He didn’t have anybody to help him for about an hour. I was outside waiting before he let me in. I waited half an hour before somebody showed up. We couldn’t get the machine to heck in either. Everything else was fine."

"5/5 Stars - Absolutely Amazing Stay!We had a fantastic time at this property yesterday. From the exact moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and informative.The property itself is huge and absolutely beautiful. It is exceptionally clean and fully loaded with every single amenity you could possibly imagine. We also needed to do some laundry during our stay, and the guest laundromat on-site was immaculate and worked perfectly."

"we were pleasantly surprised. You could think Sterling Inn was just a traditional motor lodge, but everything looked brand new. Structure, furniture, linens, everything was sparkling. The host was friendly and funny. We even appreciated the small touch that the parking area had no curb up to the doors, making access for disabled folks and luggage easier."
