"We came for a girls weekend to Ibiza (my 5th time) and this hotel was perfect! Nice sized rooms, comfy beds and sofa bed was comfy. The pool was great and the location was PERFECT. On the beach and a 10 minute walk to Ushuaia and Hï. A lovely bar/ restaurant which was great value for money. The total price was EXCELLENT, I'll be staying here again! If I had to have a little niggle, I would say the Aircon needs to be more powerful due to it's location in the rooms. But still a 10/10 stay."

"This hotel is a scam. I reserved it for one night, my passport got stolen and I needed a place to stay for the night to resolve the issue. I booked the hotel through Expedia and when I arrived I showed them my American ID, picture of my passport and explained in detailed what happened and they could not care less simply denied me check in and proceed to completely ignore Expedia when they tried to contact them to help me out or even issue refund to allow me to book somewhere else, they just kept...
