"The only one that was helpful was the bell man. No one would text us when our room was ready, the bar didn’t open until 3pm and it closed at 10pm. We were there for the game. You guys lost out on revenue. The food did come out quickly so great job to the Chief and team in th kitchen "

"Parking was great. We got to park right in front of our room the whole time. Granted we also stayed there during the week so there werent many people staying there. Only reason why I gave them a 4 star is because we did have to ask for soap in our room and there were a few homeless people lurking in that area. Other than that it was great! We had no complaints or issues"

"I was visiting for work, and the family-oriented business was very well-maintained. The neighbourhood was nice, and I really enjoyed my stay—it’s just a 10-minute drive from the airport and downtown. "

"I’ve never felt more disgusting after a shower. The grout was moldy and peeling and the shower head was covered in white stuff. There was no counter sink space. The bed was so uncomfortable and sunk in and tilted. I moved the welcome sign off of the table to put something there and it was wet underneath. The walls were paper thin and the airplanes woke me up at least 7 times. There were spiders on the window. There was a huge crack under the door and so much light came in. I don’t understand how...
