"First off when you book it say you will get an email that never happen, then when you get there the address is wrong, so when I called them they asked for my email address for the instructions got that then we realized we are at the wrong address when we get to the room the floor was wet looked up and the roof was leaking called them back and they said use the extra towels for the floor we can’t move you because we are sold out.
