We checked in on Thursday Feb 26th. As we walked down the hall you could smell a moldy musky smell. I felt water drip on me and looked up and there was a hole cut in the ceiling like 4' by 4' with water dripping and what looked like mold around the hole. The Condado Plaza Hotel
We had an excellent ocean view from our room balcony. It would have been nice to have the salt cleaned from the windows. The remainder of the hotel is vet well kept. I only wish that there was a restaurant in the hotel and not just a coffee bar. The staff were excellent to deal with and cordial.
