"This is a lovely place and the staff were great. We arrived close to midnight after calling to say we were delayed and found a parking space had been reserved and the office still open with a friendly staff member present. Lovely setting. A+++"

"I’m happy to say that this is our favorite hotel in the West San Jose/Campbell area. It is clean, bright and beautiful inside. The beds are extremely comfortable. The bathrooms are spotlessly clean and the staff is excellent. When we arrived the gentleman working behind the desk went out of his way to make sure that a room was exactly what we wanted. It’s the only place I stay when I’m in town. Bravo Carlyle! "

"The Corporate Inn is a great spot for 1-2 people. Full kitchen and the layout is very “homey”. Pillows need an upgrade and if kids are running around outside that can be heard from inside the room. Other than that it’s very quiet. Breakfast could be 6-10 am instead of 6-9 am and the photos are inaccurate on the Expedia and Corporate Inn website. The “breakfast” is more of a grab and go. Overall I’d give it 4.5 Stars based on the tier. This is not the Ritz Carlton remember. "
