"They did not clean the room from previous day, when I went to front desk, she told me we do not clean rooms every day and if you need new towels you need to leave outside the room in the front to replace."

"The property is well-located—just a few meters from the beach and within walking distance of the beach town and the pier—which is why I gave it 4 stars; however, the facilities need maintenance. There is an elevator that gets stuck, everything looks very old, and the breakfast is very poor—they provide oatmeal but there is no microwave to heat it up. We requested housekeeping service but it wasn't done; we had to take our towels to the reception desk to get them changed."

"All the Air conditioning units in the property need an upgrade. We got a room where the AC was no cooling. The staff was helpful and changed our room but same issue with the other room. We finally got a functioning AC in the 3rd room when staff relocated us."

"The room was pretty worn down and the shower was dirty. The small nook by the bed had sticky residue and the bed was so uncomfortable along with the pillows provided (worst sleep ever). You get what you pay for."
