"Acceptable. Certainly room to improve but competition also seems poor. Old Motel w/o mechanical ventilation in the bathroom, thus there was a fair bit of mildew needing cleaning. Thermostat buttons didn't work well. TV had basic channels, no ESPN or similar cable channels. Floor assembly was very poor and foot stomps above were perhaps the loudest I've heard in a hotel. However, the shower was Cleary better than a 2star hotel, but not as good as 3star thus 2.5 star rating seems appropriate. It's a nice upgrade from a 2 star hotel, but maintenance is not among the cleaner 2 star hotels I've seen around the USA. Hot tub water level was low and thus made a loud gurgling noise. Pool furniture was missing cushions and torn. You stay here for the location, not for the quality. Parking spots seemed unnecessarily narrow."
