"The room was advertised on Trivago as a Wyndham property, when in fact when I arrived it was a La Segunda property. "Check in around 10 PM after a long travel day only to walk into a room that smelled damp and had a very high humidity level. The bed sheets and walls felt wet to the touch. I went back downstairs and requested to change rooms and the staff was very accommodating however, the second room was only a slight improvement in humidity control but smelled terribly of marijuana and smoke and the tile in the bathroom was cracked and loose. Will most likely not be staying here again in the future."

"Avoid. From my experience the items that I can say were good: hotel staff was very friendly and the utilities worked fine. Things I really did not like: Overpowering cleaners and musty smells. Plus I had a roach crawling across the bathroom on my last day. My first time at a Country Inn & Suites, so it's hard to compare, just not the right environment for me."
