The parking garage had an entry/exit ramp that was tricky for big vehicles to go through. They offered to park my van and bring it back. When I decided to do it myself because I had to get my luggage, they (Fred from the front desk) offered to send someone to guide me. I was able to manage parking and taking out...

"I recently stayed 4 nights at the Best Western Pasadena Inn. Despite looking like a typical and dated motel on the outside, my room was clean, quiet, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. There are plenty of parking spaces. The continental breakfast was excellent, especially the hash browns. The front desk staff are super courteous and provided me with packets of shaving cream for free when I asked for them. The bed is firm yet very comfortable.
