"We made a mistake choosing this property based on the pictures provided on their website. Bed was uncomfortable, bad pillows and barely any water coming of the shower. The floors were so dirty and one of the towels we got stains. The room we got was also across the freeway and that’s all we can hear at night! Windows need to be replaced and make them dual pane to help with the freeway sound. I cannot recommend this property. "

"This hotel is very nice...it's very clean...the room was very nice. We were there for 1 night, and flew from Burbank airport the next morning. Did not get to have breakfast due to early flight and 7a breakfast start time. We didn't have a car, and there was very little to do and see within walking distance. Also the lack of restaurants was very poor within walking distance. Like I said, the hotel itself is very nice, but the area doesn't offer much...and the noise level outside the hotel...

"Hotel customers laundry Washing machine was broken from last 3 months and Manager didn't do nothings to help their's customers. Very poor management. Never recommend this Hotel."
