The staff was very courteous and helpful. They accommodated quickly with a room accessible by elevator when I mentioned that I had surgery and couldn’t take my luggage up the stairs.
The parking garage had an entry/exit ramp that was tricky for big vehicles to go through. They offered to park my van and bring it back. When I decided to do it myself because I had to get my luggage, they (Fred from the front desk) offered to send someone to guide me. I was able to manage parking and taking out my Odyssey without any trouble.
The stay was for Halloween night. The suite had a bathroom which seemed sort of old fashioned, but was pretty functional. When I went to the bathroom there was a tissue napkin cleverly folded in the form of a ghost with eyes and the word “boo” written on it and placed over the tissue holder! Obviously someone had taken the pains to decorate each room with care! Interesting!
Overall a very pleasant experience.
