"It was a decent all inclusive. Wifi was spotty. First day we came, greeted by bellboys and then went to check in as the online check in wasn’t working. Met Hannah who was helpful in introducing us to the hotel but informed us that they are going through Reno’s and tried to ask us to go to a 45 min presentation in exchange for a $70 usd romantic dinner or one day at the level to get a cabana bed. We were so exhausted we declined. We got a call at 8:30 the next morning from her reminding us to see guest services to book for the included restaurants. We booked a night at the fish house and the yucatan restaurant and a magic show evening. Every restaurant has a separate menu if you wanted to pay extra otherwise all included. The staff were friendly and I enjoyed the service from Jorge, Anna, Emilio, and Feliciano from the mosaico buffet. The pool bar was great and Santiago made the best drinks. I only had mocktails but they were fantastic. Lots of seaweed and at night, some of the night entertainment or Renos can be heard through the walls of the hotel and kept us up. Sometimes some kids didn’t adhere to the adult pool being adults only. Not hard to secure lounge spots. Very few bugs around. A few dead cockroaches noted in the one public bathroom but otherwise the maids work very hard to keep everything clean. We loved grabbing ice cream at the latte station and they had entertainment throughout the day with activities, tennis court, etc. Massage lady trying to sell daily massage"

"Staff: Most staff were rude, inexperienced, not trained in customer service or just completely incompetent. Cleanliness: Sheets were disgusting, ghost ants all over the bathroom and the smell of mold was terrible. Had to change rooms to find one that I could actually breath in. Food: gross! Communication on property: non-existent or conflicting. This is more of a budget hotel than a resort. "

"They don’t offer a refrigerator for your room, they make you rent one, no water was offered, you had to buy it at the front desk. When asked to have a water while waiting in line at the front desk they said they didn’t have any water available but water was sitting right behind the desk. After receiving the refrigerator we had to rent, the staff plugged in the refrigerator and it started an electrical fire in our room. We asked to be moved to a different room and they didn’t want to accommodate the request for some reason but did only after demanding we be moved. Nonetheless, we ended up booking a different hotel. Sadly I’ve never stayed at a resort this poor before. There are. Better places to stay for the same money. Don’t book this resort. "

"Great location for swimming and close to Buccanos. Across the street is a great Key Lime Pie shop but get there at 5:30. The lobster restaurants are great also. Hotel amenities are fantastic. Rooms all have a great view with a nice patio. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and the restaurants are great. Breakfast out on the water with buffet or made to order. Buffet is a little expensive at $30 per person. We did not do the all inclusive so we saved money and ate at restaurants around town. The only downfall to this property is the distance from the dives. In a slow boat it could take 45-1 hr. We also had a wonky shower that while it worked was difficult to get pressure through a large head. This is a wonderful place to stay and the beach is perfect!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Rooms were spacious, the staff was hard working and friendly. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. It was an easy $10 taxi ride to town. The Lobster House Restaurant and Key Lime Pie Factory across the street are both very good. The only thing that needs some improvement is the food served at the restaurant onsite. "

"There's a 7/11 dowstairs for anything you might need , 10 min from the flag or the clock plaza, restaurants, stores, icecream, local vendors all within walking distance. AC working great kept the room comfortable. Clean rooms Hotel offers coffee, hot water , croissant with butter and jelly and they'll bring a tray to tour room every morning at the time you decide. There is a pool but was too busy to go try it. Overall I recomend it."
