It was average nothing special. The service was average maybe a little bit lower than average. I would say the maid service was very poor. The food you will have some good days and some bad days. The weather was bad and we still had to eat outside for all inclusive and most people were in their winter coats. Complain to management along with several other families but they did nothing.

The room was clean. The hotel has nice amenities. Yesi, Suni, Pepe and Juanita did a good job trying to engage people in activities. They were lots of fun! The servers all were helpful and attentive to us including Arturo, Manuel, Valentin, & Juanito. The only complaint was food at times was lacking. Some alcoholic drinks were not very good, poorer quality alcohol. Lastly, the air fresheners in halls and bathrooms was way too powerful. Just unplug them or turn them way down. Thank you for a nice stay!

The food at resort was really bad, not hot, keep running out ot things. Salad bar with no lettuce. Pizza and Pasta night with no pizza. Half the time you did not know what you were eating. Breakfast with no oatmeal. Food just did not taste good.

The resort is in a great location—very close to shops, attractions, and nightlife. It’s also super convenient to get around using bikes, and there are plenty of options to rent scooters and jeeps, which made exploring easy and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the customer service seriously took away from the experience. The waitstaff, especially at the pool bar, were consistently rude and inattentive. Getting drink refills required asking multiple times, and even placing a food order was a hassle. On one occasion, we ordered food at the pool and waited for a long time. When my husband finally flagged down the waiter to ask about our order, she caught an attitude and told us we never ordered. We reminded her that we did and that she had written it down. Eventually, she returned with only half of our food. When we asked about the fries that were missing, she told us there were no fries left and that they were closing in 10 minutes. No apology, no effort to make it right. Staffing seems to be a major issue, particularly in the pool area. They should hire more employees to better accommodate guests, as the current setup clearly isn’t working. We also had issues with basic room service. We called the lobby to request face towels, but they never arrived. I ultimately had to go down to the lobby myself to ask for them. Overall, while the location and transportation options are a big plus, the poor customer service and lack of responsiveness make it hard to recommend this resort.

Room was clean, staff always happy and helpful. Buffet is small but always found something to eat. Fresh made omelets every morning. Convenient location and close to 7-11 and Chudraui. Easy to get taxi at taxi spot in parking lot. Very relaxed atmosphere. Would stay again.

Overall the resort was very clean with very friendly staff. I enjoyed the option for snorkeling and the pool area was beautiful. Cumfy beds and a wonderful assortment of mixed drinks was a nice added touch. Also the snack bar was delicious. Unfortunately the water pressure in the room was very low and the buffet options would have benefited from more selection.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cozumel Hotel and Resort. The hard working people at the resort make it special. Thank you Cornelio, Valentin, Sylvia, Estella, Gabriella, Manuel, Alexandor, Pedro, Daniel, Alexis, Juanitta and many others. The shows were lots of fun, Maya, Fire, International Dance. We enjoyed the speciality dinners, dinners by the pool and ocean. Perfect place for snorkeling and scuba. (saw a huge ray, needlefish and lots of little fish when the weather coorperated.)

This is the only place we stay now when we visit Cozumel. I have come to island 5-6 times and found this place the on my second trip. The staff is always friendly, the food is good, great ocean access for snorkeling or a shore dive and the rooms are always clean. It's only about a 15 minute walk to downtown and if you want to rent a scooter or book an excursion, there is always someone there to help you. I would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, there were several recurring issues that significantly impacted the quality of my stay. Throughout my stay, the resort frequently ran out of basic bar supplies. Beer was unavailable for three days, and on one day there was no Kahlúa or mint available for mojitos. In addition, the bar ran out of clean glasses, and guests were asked to walk around the pool collecting used glasses so they could be washed and reused. The food quality was also disappointing. Every day there were eggshells in my scrambled eggs, and I have photos documenting this. None of the buffet food was served hot; everything was lukewarm to cold, even when arriving right when the buffet opened. While the food at the pool area was better, the service was extremely slow, and I often saw plates of food sitting for long periods before being delivered to guests. There were also maintenance and comfort issues. On a couple of days the pool water level was low, and visible buildup and debris were noticeable along one side. At one point the ping pong table was painted while guests were sitting nearby, and the fumes were overwhelming. One morning there was no coffee available at all. The special dinner lasagna was particularly poor; the sauce tasted like plain tomato soup and was not appetizing. Additionally, many of the mixed drinks had a very unpleasant rubber-like taste, making them undrinkable. Staff was great and the grounds are nice. Pool best! Will stay there again but not all inclusive!

It was a clean nice place. The bar was ok at the pool. The bartender didn’t really want to make certain drinks such as mojito’s. Saying he don’t have mint and would have it in 30 minutes to not having it yet an hour later. The food in the restaurant for the dinner we had to sign up for was not good. And when I said it tasted bad they said there wasn’t any other food they were sold out. Very disappointing. The buffet was ok but I wouldn’t do all inclusive again. I ended up eating out paying more money. That wasn’t what I was expecting. We checked out a day early due to the ferry times to meet our flight time. We didn't receive a refund for that night.
