"We loved this hotel! We were greeted at the door by Giovanni who had us sit down immediately and brought us water and espresso. Our room was ready early and it was so charming! We were given great restaurant recommendations too. The AC was a treat, the towels were so soft, and the bed was comfortable. After checkout we were able to leave our bags until heading to the train. Can’t recommend enough!"

"This hotel was in the perfect location! Near everything! The rooms where basic but comfortable. Great breakfast and the staff was helpful. Loved the location! Super close to the airport water taxi, so we only walked 5 minutes to get there. Near shops, restaurants, Rialto Bridge, etc."

"The room was very big, had a mini fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was also large. We were to have a shared washroom, but the other room was empty so we lucked out with it all to ourselves. There were stairs to get up to the room, but it was wide and had a few landings, not just a big straight up flight. Venice has many little staircases everywhere, so visitors should get used to it, or pack lighter. Google Maps gave good directions right to the building. We just walked from the train...

"Quite a walking distance from the station but room was nice.
They allowed us to put our luggage in the room early when we reached around 11am. The cleaning was actually done while the contact was explaining stuff to us, and we were able to check in.
Room includes a washing machine, with a kitchen area with induction cooker and utensils provided. We made our own pasta by buying ingredients from a nearby convenient store"

"The best things about the apartments are firstly, the incredible service from Andrea and her team. They could not be more helpful and friendly- they really make your stay special. Secondly, the location is absolutely perfect. Having never been to Venice before, we really lucked out booking this place. Being so close to Rialto bridge so you can access other parts of Venice, with a Vaporetta stop on your doorstep, and yet it felt quiet and peaceful as well. The apartment was very well equipped....

"This place is a self check in which means we either had to send the hotel copies of our passports through the What’s app or go to a different location to check in. We didn’t feel comfortable sending passports
In What’s app so we went to another hotel to check in. The water taxi was $170 then we had to walk over 2 bridges with 2 large pieces of luggage, 2 backpacks & a carryon. We couldn’t even make it to the 2nd bridge because the streets were so crowded therefore we ordered another water taxi...
