"Nonostante la camera con qualche imperfezione, per il resto il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Camera e bagno ben puliti. Personale educato e cordiale. Colazione eccellente e con ampia scelta. Parcheggio privato sicuro e vicino la struttura. Abbiamo riscontrato qualche problema con l’aria condizionata ma siamo sicuri che se lo avessimo fatto presente avrebbero risolto. Non essendo del tutto necessaria abbiamo “lasciato correre”"

"Room was run down and the breakfast was included in the past but not now. Staff said that the name change and rebranding was meant to attract business people but there were no working outlets in the room and no usb or other charging outlets apart from one socket in the bathroom. Very inconvenient. The place was much nicer to stay at in the past 15 years but has been let down by its owners sadly. "

The inclusive spa is a lovely treat, especially if you book this for your arrival day, after travelling in. All staff are customer focussed, helpful, polite and pleasant. "The property has very small rooms, extremely small showers, beds and pillows were very hard, there was not enough seating at breakfast to accommodate all the guests. My hotel room was in a separate building so I had to walk out in the rain to get to breakfast. Don’t think it should be in that price range"

"The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken.
