"Spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Water pressure was great and WiFi was great! I would book again. For US travelers, make sure to bring electrical outlet converters! There was only one in my apartment but you may need multiple for several devices."

"Ocean view suites have mold and mildew really bad. Stayed for 6 days and I ended up with a sinus and respiratory infection and the management did nothing. The spa needs upgrades and cleaning. Breakfast buffet was barely edible. Better off ordering room service, food was somewhat fresher."

"This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July...

The combination of the peaceful setting, beautiful scenery, and genuine hospitality made for a wonderful stay."
