"This property is advertised as all inclusive. It should really be advertised as food and beverage included. We arrived early and they were helpful to have the room ready with a toddler but no activities for kids other than kids club and since they had no kids mine refused to stay. There were only 3 restaurants and they were never opened at the same time. Breakfast was from 7-10…. Lunch from 12-3 and then dinner 6-10. Very weird timing for an “all inclusive”. Will not return if this is what Saint...

"I chose to stay at this hotel because of its convenience and accessibility to nearby attractions. While the property itself was nice, welcoming, and has a lot of potential, I expected a higher level of service. At one point during my stay, I was trying to receive service near the pool area, but no staff members were present. I reported this issue to the front desk. Additionally, I have never stayed at a resort that did not acknowledge a guest's birthday in some way. There was no card, note, or...

"The communication at the start was horrible. I sent emails and called with no response. I felt ignored so I contacted h otels.com then I finally got a response. Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again."

"Perfect spot for beach visits! You can easily and quickly walk to the beach - a great beach! Love the convenience of staying so close to the beach. Bars, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Easy to grab a bus or taxi to go to Gros Islet Friday night!"

"Great gated complex close to the amenities of Rodney Bay. I stayed in a studio which was well equipped to a good standard and a great size. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Fabulous bathroom with great multi functional shower. Great pool area, not a huge pool but perfectly adequate for relaxing."

"This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July...
