"Great hotel in an ideal location. A staff member met us and took us to our room to check us in. The unit had two bedrooms and a large living room area for eating and television. Beautiful room. Great location next to a scenic temple. We had the breakfast in our room. It was tasty and a reasonable price. I highly recommend it! "

"We loved staying in this beautiful house during our trip to Kyoto. The staff was incredibly helpful, sending lots of information in advance and arranging taxi service from the train station. The house itself is historic and in an awesome location, close to many of the temples, Gion, restaurants, metros, grocery store, and bus stops. The neighborhood was quiet and the house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely come back. Thank you!"

"Great host and communication. The house is cozy and it had everything we needed. The air conditioning was great in the Japanese heatwave. In just under 10 minutes, you can walk to some of the nicest streets in Kyoto with temples and cafes.
However, everything around there closes quite early and becomes really quiet - so be aware if it’s not your vibe. Not a big deal for me, though.
The only real issue is that the property is not very accessible: the closest bust stop is about 15 min away and...

"町屋のリノベ施設。とてもアットホームでよいです。
駐車場がないこと（周辺は高い）点が何点と言えば難点ですが、六波羅蜜寺、清水に近く朝の散歩はこの立地ならではのところです。
町屋なのでサイズ感などは昔の家屋ですので入口などは狭く感じるかもしれないです。お風呂も広々、キッチンもついていて犬連れ旅にはもってこいのところでした"
