"The hotel was beautiful. The room was also beautiful. However, we had no turn dorm service or cleaning services done in our room when we were gone. Consider considering the the price of the room, I think that that should have definitely been a priority. We had to ask for clean towels. Also the rooftop bar staff was not that great we waited probably 30-40minutes for a drink and the price for a drink was overpriced"

"The room was overall good quality and friendly staff. Good cleaning service. I have two main drawbacks:
- The bed and pillows were not comfortable.
- When arriving back home we found long-tailed silverfish in our luggage. This was the only hotel we visited during our travel so they have to come from there. Luckily we unpacked outside so I hope we have avoided to get them into our home."
