"We had a wonderful stay. We were so surprised at how well appointed it was! We booked at last minute but we will come back many times!!! We were impressed with all of the amenities! One item of distress was that the on line booking jumped by $80 so we called and woman said that the fee was correct. So we tried another service who offered for less so we booked. When we arrived we were greeted with a friendly owner!!"

"This was an amazing location - It was just a short walk to the beach, the pier, the other pier, State Street, cute dining locations. Added bonus was my own covered parking spot for my unit. Perfect 2 bedroom apartment, where I was able to set up my remote work station on the large dining table. It got windy one day and the wifi kept dropping but thankfully the team was quick to respond and I was able to hop onto their other unit's wifi. The only reason I'm doing a 4-star vs 5 is due to the noise...

"HIGHLY RECCOMEND.We were in town for a family wedding. The hotel is in a very good location, right off the 101 freeway and about 2 blocks from the beach. The hotel is small and cozy, we loved the old mission style. The landscaping and tile work was nice. Lobby furnishings were very new and nice. We had 2 king suites side by side. The king suites are very good size. The sofa bed was comfortable and the king bed was super comfortable. The kitchen is very nice and a nice size with everything you...

It was nice touch to have access to free water, coffee, tea and cookies all day long. GREAT Location - walking distance to so much. Santa Barbara is beautiful and great restaurants.
