"First time staying at this hotel immediately we were met upon a long line to check in while finding out that other customers and clients were complaining about the air-conditioning being broken. The front desk also said that the air conditioner has been broken all day, but they were working on it right now in the room to fix it even though it was 9:00 PM at night. We waited for an hour before checking in and they still did not fix it in the room and could not provide us with a specific time that it was going to be fixed completely on the possibility that it might not be working we decided to cancel our stay so we waited for about an hour on the phone with Hotels.com because they couldn’t get a hold of the front desk to confirm the maintenance issue I would say overall the whole two hour experience was one of the most terrible experience I’ve ever had checking into a hotel will not be staying here or even attempting to"

"Front staff member was not helpful in the least bit when the battery pack died on our room, so we could not get into our room. This event lasted about an hour before a maintenance worker was able to help us out. Long story short lots of work is needed at the front desk in management, decision making, and customer service. I wasn’t disappointed in the unforeseen problem of the battery dying in the room key reader, it was the lack of responsiveness that I was deeply dissatisfied with."

"Upon checking in, I was charged an additional fee for parking, and additional fees for my stay when it was already paid in full 2 weeks before my arrival. The room was clean, but a really bad mold, mildew odor, air conditioner not cold enough, and outlets very loose that we could not charge our cellphones. For the price, not even a continental breakfast. I needed a handicap parking and only 2 available and 1 taken by employee without a placard. I WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN."
