"Not a particularly nice hotel. The photos make it look much better than it actually is. The room layout was very strange, with too many things crammed into a small space, which made it feel cluttered and uncomfortable.
The hotel seems recently renovated, but you can already see signs of wear and tear. There was also poor ventilation in the bathroom, which was noticeable during our stay.
The reception setup was confusing and very sporadic. We even had to go to another hotel of the same brand to...

The room was always clean, Fulvio was accessible for anything we needed. The property is in a great spot in Florence and we were so grateful to be staying here.
