We had an amazing time here at excellence everything was perfect. The service was great. The room was always clean and tidy. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. The amenities for excellence club members was fantastic. We will be returning soon!

It was everything we needed! Great hotel The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the wait times for the restaurants as you couldn’t book most of them- we waited almost 2 hours for a sitting on one day!

Great place to stay with family. Quiet and pool is clean. Private beach is walking distance. Shuttle is available all the time. Some fixtures in the unit needs upgrading, like the shower and taps started to have some rusts. Shower did not have hot water. All the rest was great!
