"The heating had been switched to AC so there was no heat in the building. The temperature was in the 30s everynight. The front desk gave me a small space heater but it would not heat up the room at all. Too cold to take a shower and getting dressed was hard. You can see daylight thru the front door and patio door. The staff was attentive and as hepful as they could be but had to rent for an extra night and would have been nice to receive a discount due to freeze warning and no heat. Parking was...

"This is actually the first hotel review I’ve ever written even though i travel 3-5 times a year—and I felt it was warranted.
I travel often and usually stay at 4-star hotels or better, so I tend to have pretty high standards. This property exceeded expectations. It was extremely clean, very well managed, and everything felt thoughtfully maintained.

"The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh.
The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good. "

"We stayed at Eldorado hotel for my husband’s birthday. The location is great right in the downtown. We walked to the shops and restaurants every day. The hotel and staff are amazing. The hotel is well equipped with amenities. Sauna, pool, hot tub and even steam room. We loved room service. Breakfast was yummy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We even used the fireplace during cold nights. We loved the place and definitely will stay there again. "

"This was a terrible experience. I couldn’t even stay in this hotel. It smelled like chlorine and chemicals. I got an allergic reaction from it and when I tried to conduct staff for anyone about it, they never responded and charged me for the entire stay, even though I never stayed in the hotel. Absolutely terrible I recommend no one stay here ever. "

"The pictures on the website did not at all show what the room was really like. We had a room in the casita with a patio. The patio was part of the tiny enclosed entry and was shared by all three units. The room was small and cramped with only a small side chair and a desk chair for seating. The bathroom was also extremely cramped. The parking was almost impossible for anyone with a large vehicle. "
