"We checked in with two young kids around 10:30pm after our flight got in. Upon checking into our room we realized it was dirty. There was a used robe on the bed and neither bed was made. No clean towels in the bathroom and a visibly dirty shower mat. We went to the front desk to be switched into a clean room so we could move on with our night and get our young kids cleaned up and put to bed. The options we were given was to either wait 30+ minutes while they cleaned the room or switch to a room...

"The room was clean, and the staff was great. They only do Valet Parking which was very convenient. The location of the hotel is less than 5 minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza.
Few things that brought the rating down:
1. The breakfast was mediocre. They do scrambled eggs but they did not taste good even once. The cut fruits were not fresh - they appeared to have come from syrup and were very sweet. The Coffee was good.
2. The carpets are VERY old and did not look clean.
3. There was neither water...

This was our third visit to the Rosewood Inn and we highly recommend the Inn for its friendly and helpful staff. The Inn has a hotel shuttle that will take and pick up guests to and from destinations as far as three miles away from the hotel, and we used it frequently. We'll definitely be coming back."

We didn't have heat the first day/night, when we asked about it they said it just takes a while to warm up..well it never did, we reported it the next morning, and it got fixed fairly quickly.
