Hotel dekat Santa Fe Reptile and Bug Museum

"Very clean and staff was very helpful"

"Do not stay here the pictures on Expedia are not the same pictures at the place. The place is completely outdated. If there are any nice rooms, they were not where you could see them. The shower had a hole behind the showerhead scratches and tears everywhere."

"Staff"

"Remodeled rooms and clean. Good breakfast."

"The manager and staff at this property absolutely ABHOR Expedia customers. They REFUSED to help change a room because I didn't book directly with them. The manager told me she COULD help me if I had booked directly, but WOULDN'T help me because I booked with Expedia. They then LIED to Expedia when Expedia called to make the change. I had the absolutely WORST hotel experience in my entire life (and I travel a lot). The staff was ABUSIVE. I DID NOT end up staying the 2 nights I booked because I...

"The rooms are cute and retro, but a bit worn out and tired. Loose tiles in the bathroom made closing the door tricky. We didn't have heat the first day/night, when we asked about it they said it just takes a while to warm up..well it never did, we reported it the next morning, and it got fixed fairly quickly. Parking is super tight, if you have a larger vehicle, it can be tricky. Breakfast was very minimal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, and dry cereal. It did the trick, but nothing special. The idea...

"Lovely stay and great breakfast Nice cookies too"

"Clean and fairly new. Breakfast was hot, had a pool but no bar or happy hour"

"I think you need to try harder when it comes to breakfast. Three days out of our four day stay the menue was sausage and scrambled eggs and both were cold. Sausage gravy was served with biscuts one day and was really good."

"Had a great stay. Comfortable, breakfast"

"What a charming place…. Very well-appointed and comfortable… warm and friendly hosts, luscious and diverse breakfasts… I’ll definitely be back!!"

"Location near the downturn plaza is perfect. Lovely hotel with rich history. Eateries within short walking distance. Excellent all in all!"

"Very nice hotel with clean rooms but I was disappointed that I arrived for the breakfast at 10:05 and they would not serve me breakfast which was already included in the price of the hotel. I had already spent over $200 the evening before in the hotel restaurant and bar, so this was more than disappointing. The hotel desk staff never pointed out that we had to be there by 10 and would not do anything about the situation. I ended up staying 2 additional days in Santa Fe but moved to La Fonda...

"I was very unhappy with Expedia’s rating of excellent. Don’t believe it! The room was small, a tiny bathroom, no microwave. Needed a code to use a microwave or get ice at a door down the sidewalk from our room. No heat only cold air. Used the bathroom in the night and when I went to get back in bed saw a big bug (beetle) crawling on the sheets. Pretty hard to sleep after that. Don’t like their dog policies. If they are charging you for your dog why do they need a cleaning fee also. The only...

"It was a great place to stay. Very clean, little gym with all the necessities, hot breakfast and all with southwestern/New Mexican flare!"

"Mouse in room | High price, low value Around 12am on our 3rd night, we awoke to sounds of a mouse scurrying around. We opened the doors and scooted it out onto the second story patio. Checking the room, we then found several droppings. We called front desk, who told us there were no rooms we could move to. They sent cleaners to vacuum our room and change bedding, which finished about 1am. The next morning, we spoke with the front desk manager, who offered to refund our resort fees ($55 per...
