The rooms are quiet without street noise and the staff were very helpful in organizing offsite, secure parking for our rental car.The room was missing a few amenities like a safe (there were instructions to use one), a few additional toiletries like body wash and conditioner, and an iron. Definitely add this one to your list of places to stay. "

"It is a beautiful property recently renovated. Very comfortable bed with fine linen and fancy large bathroom. Large breakfast with mamy choices. Has nice roof terrace with comfortable sofas and see view. Good elevators. Convenient location on the east wall close to the bus stop connecting with the bus terminal (#106). We hope to come back."

"We were encouraged by a tour guide to book a multi-star resort hotel in the Center of Siracusa. But, our research persuaded us that a boutique hotel on the Island of Ortigia was more in line with our standards and preferences. The Algila Ortigia Charme Hotel both met and exceeded our expectations. Everything, including the Center of Siracusa was within walking distance. The morning breakfast was convenient and ample. The building is walking distance to the sites in Syracuse and Otiga Room clean, air-conditioning works great,our Balcony had a view of the sea, and the small breakfast delivered to the room was perfect to start your day. Great communication with Giovanni our host. Easy check in and out. Bus and train station very close, easy walk with luggage So many restaurants and shopping very close. We had a great 3 night getaway"

"The owner Gaitano, made our stay in his B&B very pleasant. He greeted us warmly on our arrival. We communicated via WhatsApp regarding arrival time and parking and that all went smoothly. "Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved that the front desk was open 24/7 and the location and walk ability was perfect. Room was clean and spacious. The bathroom could use some updating but all worked well and we enjoyed the provided shampoos, soaps, lotions, etc. Very impressed by the included breakfast each morning. Lots of options and all was fresh and tasty. "
