"The hotel was very spacious. At first I was hesitant because it looked different from the exterior but once inside it’s completely different. I totally recommend it. The staff is also extremely helpful the front desk even helped me with guiding me on where yo go visit."

"Hotel property was clean, beautiful and quiet. Only thing was, that on my last evening after hiking Fuego I returned to find my AC was broken. After notifying the front desk, the only option I was given was a portable fan :-( Other than that, the staff was friendly, property was well maintained and secure, breakfast was good, and I felt very safe and secure. The room was clean and modern. I would definitely stay again."

"The bathrooms are extremely small, we couldn't sit properly. On our last day there were some missionaries signing loudly in the morning at around 7 AM right outside our door in the courtyard. We had returned from a hike the previous day and wanted to get some sleep. When we spoke to the management they were utterly unhelpful."

"This was a surprisingly lovely airport hotel! The rooms were clean and had ac. There was a sweet little sitting area where guests could have coffee outside looking onto some green. The only downside is this place was that breakfast ended at 9am which was too early for us given our last arrival the previous night. Otherwise, though, highly recommended for a stopover near the airport!"

"This hotel is stunning. The courtyard, the rooms, the staff are all 10/10. We also ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was great? We stayed in the room w the private hot tub and it was so nice and relaxing after a day of sight seeing. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Can’t wait to go back!"

"The grounds were lovely with great views of both the volcanoes. There was weddings that were happening there with photo shoots and I can see why, it is very pretty. The breakfast that was part of the stay was really tasty. We even had dinner there which was excellent. It was a BBQ platter for 2 (highly recommend…) The receptions desk was very friendly and helpful. They even gave suggestions about where to go for lunch and directions to places we wanted to see.
