"There is a lot of room for improvement; keeping an Expedia Platinum member waiting three hours for a room and not offering an upgrade even when one is available is not what one should expect from a hotel of this standard."

"An excellent hotel with a fantastic view & great staff, always welcoming you & catering to your needs. The room was fantastic, very comfortable for our family of 3 adults. Each had their own space when needed & congregate together in the common area. Would definitely recommend it, making it a perfect place for its comfort & the proximity to different places!!"

"Never has a property with so much potential fallen so short.
Summary: A beautiful art laden hotel with exceptional food, a great view of Porto, and solid room and decor falls short with uneven service, poor dealings with costumer concerns, and most importantly had a significant and well know problem (by staff) with smell.
Opportunities:
Smell smell smell - If you are sensitive to the smell of cannabis you will be as surprised as we were on the intense smell of it in the pool area ad all of the...

"Our stay was excellent, and we would happily return. Carolina was a wonderful host who was responsive and easy to communicate with, making check-in and our stay seamless. The location is outstanding, with amazing river and city views, beautiful sunsets, and easy walking access to the Ponte Luís I Bridge and many of Porto’s main attractions. Just be prepared for the steep hills that are typical of the area. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had almost everything we needed. While the...
