"We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. The location is outstanding — truly one of its biggest strengths. It is within walking distance of the Santa Monica Pier, the beach, restaurants, and shops, which made our trip much more convenient and enjoyable. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout our entire stay. From check-in to daily interactions, everyone was always helpful and genuinely kind, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The room was another highlight: spacious, modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hotel manages to combine a contemporary style with real comfort, not just aesthetics. Everything felt functional, clean, and thoughtfully designed. As a point of attention, the hotel parking is quite expensive at $65 per night. For longer stays, this can significantly increase the overall cost of the trip. Because of that, we chose to park at a public parking garage located just half a block away, which was a much more reasonable option. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again."

"I loved my stay here! The hotel itself is fantastic, the staff is great, and the rooms are very clean. However, I want to be honest for future travelers: the 'full beach view' photos are a bit misleading. My view was partially obstructed and didn't quite match the pictures online. Everything else was perfect, though!"

"Loved the convenience of the cafe inside. The outside area can get a little rough and feel unsafe at night. We felt safe inside due to security measures such as a key to get in the front door and to use the elevator. "

"Toilet paper roll fell off the wall Auto shade that opened to the street was difficult to close and early morning opened by itself and room was facing the busy road at the front of the building. After opening I was not able to close and so did not have privacy Cleaning staff entered the room at 11:03 as I was wheeling my suitcase to the door Unable to wait inside the building for my ride pickup at 11:10 as the floor was being mopped"

"This is a sweet hotel in Santa Monica- my only complaint is that the mattresses are so soft/old that you sink into the middle. I was trying to sleep on the very edge all night and woke up very sore in the morning. I've stayed here a couple times and mattresses were bad on both visits. Suggest upgrading to newer, comfortable beds as that is the main point of a hotel! Thx"

"It is a small hotel with limited amenities. Just your average stay. I would go for another hotel next time. "
