Example: 2110 is second floor, not 21st, & they don't state floor number or directions to elevator upon arrival. No USB charging ports in rooms. "Alcove" sliding doors can't be opened. Entrance door would not close or lock and could be pushed open without the use of the key card at any time. Inside, the manual dead bolt would not fully engage. The only way to lock the main entry door was the "swing lock" at the top of door. Room clocks are 70 minutes behind. We are provided this service with a smile and thank you's and so forth. "
