"As long as you know that you’re walking into a unique and beautiful Victorian B&B, you’ll have nothing to complain about. Dolly welcomed us in and made us feel right at home with the wine social hour on Friday evening and delicious sit down breakfast the following morning. The bathrooms are small (we had two rooms with their own bathrooms) with very little shelf space, but that’s to be expected. Our stay was truly a Victorian escape from the usual modern day hotels scattered around Napa....

"Our stay was enchanting. We were generously upgraded to a River View room. Though small, the room was very clean, comfortable, relaxing and attractive. The views of the river, the beach and forested hills were breathtaking. Breakfast in the morning was upgraded continental and enjoyable. Staff was exceptional. The two nights at this beautiful lodge was pure joy!"

"Great location!! We walked everywhere we wanted to go in Calistoga from the Wine Way Inn. We checked in late after a long drive and the snacks and waters they provided were such a nice added touch. The staff was very helpful and informative via text and made the check in easy. Very cute property- definitely would love to come back to stay longer. (would also highly recommend going to Lola Wines across the street)"

"I have stayed at the Inn many times in the past. The town is a beautiful peaceful place. I love the environment. That said: check in was friendly but weird. My CC# was written out on a white board . Except for the cook in the breakfast room we never saw another staff person, including to check out. The breakfast was underwhelming. It was nothing like past visits. The rooms are a bit tired. It seems as if the owners are working to bring energy to the facility w/ weekend music and wine. "

"Grounds and hotel were well appointed. Some of the staff efforts and friendliness with assisting guests were lacking. There were two young gentleman working the front desk and breakfast that were friendly."
