Top Santa Rosa County Hotel Reviews

Gulf Coast Inn
2/10 Terrible
"Staff was very nice. Rooms are remolded and beautiful but furniture old and dirty. Bathroom was nasty and towels had hair. It was not bad for the price but I won’t be back."

Navarre Beach Camping Resort
8/10 Good
"The "beach" is an area with sand the enters to the pier which has stairs that go to murky water by a retaining wall. There are public beaches just minutes away though. Staff is great, the vibe is amazing for families, solo travelers or couples. Great location, everything is 15 minutes away. Our room smelled strongly of cigarettes and the AC sprayed water on us as we were entering/leaving."

Regency Inn and Suites
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is currently being remodeled. The room we had was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and not over chlorinated. Overall it was a good stay. We stayed 4 nights and will return the next time we are in the area."

Hampton Inn & Suites Pensacola/Gulf Breeze
10/10 Excellent
"None"

Red Roof Inn & Suites Pensacola East - Milton
2/10 Terrible
"We were assigned a room on the first floor. I asked for a higher floor, but they said there were none available. The drapes were drawn when we went in, and we never open them because our room faced the front of the building. Unfortunately, had we opened the drapes, we probably would've noticed that the window had been left slightly open. We figured that out later in the evening when we came back to the room and it was full of insects. Again we asked for another room, and was told the hotel was absolutely full. Each car must have brought four rooms full of guests, because there were very few cars in the parking lot. They were absolutely not full. The beds were old and covered with a plastic sheet beneath the thin bottom sheet. It was like sleeping on a garbage bag. Our tissue dispenser only had the flower that they make with the final two tissues. I asked for another box of tissues and was told they didn't have any what I like toilet paper instead. The towels are tiny and thin. So small that that it was a conversation in the lobby and everybody kept wondering if they were hand towels instead. The television did not work, the shampoo and soap dispensers were empty, and we were told there was none to replace it. My daughter had a room on the third floor. Short of the bugs, she had the same situation. In her case one of the beds was old and dilapidated, but the other one clearly had a chunk of the mattress missing. Do yourself a favor, stay elsewhere."

Quality Inn & Suites Gulf Breeze Bayside near Pensacola Beach
8/10 Good
"This is an older motel, but I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well-maintained the property was. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning was cold. Breakfast was just okay, typical continental breakfast. Staff were friendly enough."

Home2 Suites by Hilton Gulf Breeze Pensacola Area
2/10 Terrible
"Was unable to check into a hotel I made a reservation for and was told that hotels.com cancelled my reservation and they gave away my room."

Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Navarre - near Beaches/Hurlburt
6/10 Okay
"I arrived 10 mins early and yhere were no rooms. The staff wss arguing and it was uncomfortable."

Best Western Navarre Waterfront
2/10 Terrible
"I have been a frequent traveler since 2013 and have stayed at many Best Western properties over the years. Unfortunately, this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had. The online pictures are extremely misleading regarding the “waterfront/beach” property, pool area, and surrounding grounds. There is essentially no beach as portrayed in the listing photos. The most concerning part of our brief stay was the bathroom condition. While taking a shower, I looked up at the ceiling area and noticed what appeared to be BLACK MOLD above the shower. That immediately raised serious concerns about cleanliness and safety. I contacted Expedia to request cancellation of the reservation. Expedia asked whether we had spoken with the hotel directly, but since the reservation was booked through Expedia, there were no alternative rooms or “upgrades” available to resolve the issue. Overall, this property did not meet expectations, and the condition of the room made us uncomfortable enough that we chose not to stay."
