"Housekeeping was great about cleaning the rooms but they were outdated, we had no hot water 4 of the 10 days we were there. The pool was almost never cleaned ans we had alot of mosquitoes due to that. We upgraded from a standard room to the nicer pool and other than access to the pool temp jacuzzi ..."
