Hotel Petit Palace di Santos de la Humosa

"The hotel staff, especially the reception team, were kind, and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. However, the biggest issue was the terrible soundproofing. The walls are extremely thin, and you can hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms, even the sound of showers and running water. The noise was so loud and disturbing that it was almost impossible to sleep peacefully at night. Despite the excellent staff, this was a major disappointment."
