"The staff was exceptional and so very helpful with all kinds of tips for what to see in Santa Fe. The room was super clean and comfortable, great parking, and the restaurant good. There's a shuttle but the walk to town is easy. Not any grass for poochies but that's not their fault. The area is just dry. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend!! "

"Nice sized and nicely decorated room. Kinda dark, not many plugs, ripped sheets on the bed. Check in left 30 minutes before the posted closing time, but did leave our keys in an envelope. Piano bar vacant all weekend. Parking is seemingly plentiful, but lots of weird angles if you have a big SUV or truck. Great walkable location near great places to eat and drink in downtown Santa Fe. Not all bad but lots of other nicer options offer all the same good stuff and less of the not so good."

"There wasn’t enough lighting in the room or bathroom. VERY DARK. I called the front desk and they were very nice and sent up a make up mirror that list power after a few minutes. Also a floor lamp that had a broken switch, you needed to plug in to work. There were no luggage racks. The breakfast eggs and potatoes were only luke warm and dried out. The tables were not wiped off between users. Only 1 ice machine and it was in the lobby, far away from our room. "
