"I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. "Hotel was great and our room was large with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Breakfast was good but food was limited at the resort. Restaurants at adjacent property were awesome and a 4 minute walk so not a big drawback. Marine room down the street is a must to eat. Great stay and would recommend."

Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. "
