"Not a 4 star property - may have been 20 years ago, but badly in need of a renovation. The location is great (especially for Maho beach) and it is clean, but expect a timeshare property that is straight out of the 90’s. Also, the “free” WiFi didn’t work for my room. "

"View was spectacular. Food at resort was primo as well. Beach is "open from 10-6" meaning if you want service, towel, or chair its 10-6. You can still take an early morning dip. Valet was chill, staff was chill. View again was great. Rainbow cafe is two/three doors down. Cool spot, but they party over there until midnight on the weekends. "The rooms were spacious, with sufficient storage in the wardrobe. Everything was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The bed was more than adequate, and the shower functioned properly. "The hotel itself was average and clean, the kids were happy because they mainly wanted to enjoy the pool and the sea — and those needs were met. What really affected our stay, though, was how we were treated by some of the staff. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced this before in parts of the Caribbean, and it’s disappointing every time. "We stayed here for a few days before Anguilla. The property is dated but very clean. The restaurant is very good with fair prices. I will stay here again hopefully the living quarters will be updated soon. The beach is nice and being able to walk to the other resort was a plus, more restaurants. They don’t acknowledge or do anything special for your birthday."

"The location is great, the host was great at communicating and available. The views was amazing.The listing did include the pool was heated but it wasn’t when we were there. I paid extra for romantic roses petals but no roses were in the room only some cheap heart shaped creations. The bathroom and towels need to be updated. "

She even made a reservation for the dinner at a great restaurant nearby. Location is pretty convenient for all the best beaches in St. Martin. We’re definitely coming back ! "

"i wish they would mention that there are renovated houses and non renovated. had to find out upon arrival that we will be staying at the not remodeled version. also, their check in is at 3 pm. expedia said its at 2 pm. so that one hour was a big difference for us since we still came on early- at around 12:30. coffee machine was at the kitchen, but no coffee was anywhere to find. in general, it would be not bad 3 start, but definitely not better than that and cost way too much "
