"Our first room we checked into was unacceptable, dirty windows on walkout patio, chipped paint on doorways throughout.
Asked for different room and was placed up on floor 11 which was really dark in the hallway for some reason. That room was fine but had uncomfortable beds.
Breakfast and staff in restaurant were excellent.
Location was good and valet staff was great."

"The staff was PHENOMENAL! We enjoyed talking to everyone we encountered. The area is great though there was construction directly behind the hotel. My husband and I both appreciated the fact that we could close our bedroom door and block out hotel noise because of the room layout. Book a river view room, if you have a choice. Great views every day. The only negative comment I have is that the wallpaper in our room was peeling, and the ac vents needed dusted."
