"The apartment is in a fantastic location next to the City Market, right next to tons of restaurants and cafes. The only downside of the location is that it is very loud at night, so you might want to bring ear plugs. The apartment is clean and well equipped with a small kitchenette that is good for making coffee and having a breakfast cereal or warming up a dish, not for any real cooking - which you shouldn't do anyway giving the amazing choice of restaurants in its vicinity. One hint: the door...

"My mom and I enjoyed the Hyatt so much. We were able to keep her vehicle in Valet Parking during our stay ($50 a night), they had a huge lobby (plenty of lounging space, bar/restaurant, and drinks/snacks), an amazing fitness center and indoor pool, as well as a sundeck. She and I actually tanned on the rooftop on one of the days we were there. It was so nice! I definitely recommend staying at the Hyatt!"

"The non smoking room was a non smoking room which was very nice. The room is very functional and everything ya need at hand.
There are some tired edges maintenance wise. But all worked but one Ice machine.
The Staff were one of the best parts of the Inn. They were lovely people and very helpful.
One of the interesting aspects to this Inn is that it is close or at the edges of the hub of nightlife. People walking past at all hours, especially saturday nights. So I recommend ear plugs. And you...

"Our stay was fantastic. The Inn was in the perfect area. Abigail was fantastic and very nice. She upgraded our room to a King Bedroom and it was one of the best rooms i've ever stayed in. The breakfast provided was wonderful and this Inn 10/10. One of the best B&B you can find. would highly recommend to anyone staying in Savannah. We will be back."

"When I arrived there was a smell in the room and when I opened the refrigerator, there was a rotten candied apple in the refrigerator and a half a bottle of Diet Coke.
When I notified staff, they came and cleaned it out.
When I’ve been turned back my bed, there was some dried food on the sheets.
When I notified staff, they brought me clean sheets to change my own bedding.
After that original hiccup, the rest of our visit was good."

"The room had a mildew smell, made her allergies go crazy to tie the entire time we were there. Valet was very uninterested in their jobs. Given their keys. Keys are just sit there on the counter for a long time after your car sitting for a long time. Period of time sitting there unlocked for the man of the cast of the room, the room should be clean and smell nice not smell like mildew every time the AC kicked on we started having sneezing fit."

"Perfect location, terrible property. The historic nature of it is cool, but still disappointed by what we experienced here. Staff was decent, Mack the night attendant was the best. The chef who won them a couple Michelin Plates (stars for hotels) is no longer employed here, and they no longer offer dinner service at all.
This is NOT a 5 star hotel for those who have stayed in one before. When I brought up our experience to the manager, he said “Well, we are not a self professed 5 star hotel”....
