"Very nice historic hotel. They have a wine a cheese get together every night, with a different theme every evening. We had the best time the evening of our second night as they had a local musician on an acoustic guitar who was awesome.

"When you pay $200 to stay in a hotel from 4:00 PM to 11:00 AM — which is not even a full 24 hours — at the very least you expect to be able to rest and have everything you need within reach.
The room itself was not terribly dirty, but the bathroom shower definitely lacked proper hygiene. On top of that, the hotel is very noisy. You can hear everything people say in the hallway, on every floor, as if they were inside your room.
To make matters worse, at 10:00 AM someone from the staff came...

"This is definitely not a luxury hotel. Please don’t let the picture fool you. It’s an historical hotel that was cheaply renovated. I e machine didn’t work. The hallways were dirty. The pool is very small. The picture makes it look about 4 times bigger. The food at the restaurant was okay 6/10. They charge $59 a night for parking!! They’ll tell you it’s $53, but then add $5.95 in fees. The staff was good though."

"The location is great and the staff is very helpful! I am cold natured and the air conditioners could definitely use some maintenance as it got warm during the day. There was no shower liner so the water from the showers leaked onto the bathroom floors pretty bad. The TVs are casting only meaning you can only cast from an electronic device. The doughnuts were delicious so definitely go early to get the best selection. It was overall good for the price and location. Just keep your expectations...
