"Very clean hotel with very helpful staff however the restaurant menu should be changed more we stayed 4days but due to the poor menu we only ate in the restaurant once, due to the location it is very difficult to eat in other places The facilities were excellent"

"Staff & breakfast excellent. Room was very clean but it was very hot and the drains smelt at times. This severely impacted my sleep. My rating is purely based on that, suspect if i went when it was cooler it would be different. One easy thing to help would be for the windows to be opened fully."

"This was a lovely Hotel breakfast was great Full English or Continental or you could ask for other things EG I had poached eggs on English Muffin which was lovely. We also had two evening meals which were just as enjoyable Really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I was disappointed with was the price of parking £15 a day was very steep especially being a quest at the hotel and having a disabled husband not being able to take advantage of free disability parking for our entire stay with on...

Very very hot fan was supplied but did absolutely nothing (it was the hottest few days) Only one window could open and that was a maximum of 3 inches We will book again but study the facilities much closer . Slightly misleading when you read the descriptions where it says "hotel apartments" Staff were very friendly and cheerful"

"The rooms were freezing and when we informed the manager we were told that the heating was broken. It was about 3 degrees outside that night and they didn’t even attempt to give us an electric heater or anything."

"What can I say obviously the rooms was not cleaned properly even though when we questioned about the cleaning they said it had been cleaned,, the bed was full of hair thats correct hair ,, we got moved to another room and similar but not as much its could ha e possibly een pet hair as this is a pet friendly hotel just put is off it all together so I recommend anyone in future thoroughly check the bed,, terrible design shower room water goes literally everywhere soaking whole room as the shower...
