"Excellent hotel, very friendly staff. Location is great too, only a short tram ride to the city centre. Loved the birthday pancakes for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. Only minor downside is the hotel is next to a busy road and you could hear the traffic when trying to relax in the garden."

"Really beautiful property and wonderful room. Hotel is immaculately clean and we thought the hotel had been renovated to a beautiful finish. We let the hotel know we were staying for our 10 year anniversary, and a bottle of Prosecco was left in our room with a note, which was extremely kind. A great location to stay in, just across the river. Passcode is provided for front door so can come and go as please. Have booked to stay in again in October!"

"The surroundings were dirty, I saw several cockroaches; the room on the 4th floor was clean, but the building was very dirty. There was no response when I asked for help."

"Very near from Firenze S.M.Novella station. Hotel Staffs are kind and friendly. Hotel entrance faced to the street seems a little bit not a hotel like but it is actually a good hotel. If I will plan to go to Firenze again, this hotel will be a candidate hotel."
