"Beautiful room and excellent location!! The staff was so friendly too!"

"Great location with easy access to train station and Florence. The breakfast was well appointed and included meats, breads and fruits. Our room was spacious and quiet with elevator access."

"Very satisfactory hotel right in the heart of Florence. Loved the location, close to train station and pleasant walking distance from the sights of central Florence. "Really beautiful property and wonderful room. Hotel is immaculately clean and we thought the hotel had been renovated to a beautiful finish. We let the hotel know we were staying for our 10 year anniversary, and a bottle of Prosecco was left in our room with a note, which was extremely kind. A great location to stay in, just across the river. Passcode is provided for front door so can come and go as please. Have booked to stay in again in October!"

"Wonderful stay! Perfect location. Nice room with a great shower and delicious breakfast! Grazie mille!"

"We loved our room at the Villa Royal. It was large, clean, and had a nice bathroom and beautiful scrolled molding on the ceiling in the bedroom. Nice amenities in the bathroom, and a separate closet with a coffee area. It was a 2 block easy walk to the main hotel, and the staff was great! They walked back with us to our B&B, showed us how to access the room, and carried our luggage up the short steps to the room. No issues and we would definitely stay again."
