"We were happy with our stay. It was a newer property, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our only negative was that the breakfast was only so-so."

"We stayed in room 317 which smelled like cigarettes from the smoking taking place below at the front door. The room was way overpriced at $240 for the night . The pull out couch was a very thin mattress on hard springs. There was no blanket. The pillow in the bag for this bed was stained with what looked to be blood. We took it down to the front desk after checking and we were told they could wash it, but had no replacement to give us The air vents are thick with dust, the bathroom had hair...

"The hotel was obviously old and was being updated but the interior smelled of pot smoke through the entire lobby. Our booking got messed up between them and Expedia, which was annoying but worked out. The room doors were wide open when we finally made there. There was a dirty film on the floor of my room and black dirt on my bed spread. Those were unexcusable offenses in my opinion. The staff was nice. Maybe because they were the ones smoking... Who knows."

"The property was clean inside & out like our last stay. The price that we paid on this stay was excessive, but it could have been worse had Expedia not got involved (meaning we would NOT have stayed)."

"It's not comfortable. The room smelled bad. It's hard to sleep when you can hear everything, the people nextdoor, the people upstairs, the people in the hallway, the staff slamming doors in the morning and yelling to one another. I would recommend staying anywhere else."

"They have chosen not to provide coffee makers in the room making it necessary to get dressed and go to the lobby if I want an early morning cup."

We are Gypsy Hair Guru, a traveling hair and makeup team that specializes in weddings. Urstad accomadated our late arrival and our early departure. I told them not to worry about breakfast because we were leaving at 6:30am and they still brewed fresh coffee and put out a delicious blueberry muffin bread that was amazing. Thank you...

"Made reservations and paid through Expedia. Arrived and motels is closed for remodeling. Expedia's only response was company policy prohibits refunds!!!!"
