"This location was very new and the rooms were spacious. Novy, at check-in, was extremely friendly and she even remembered my name every time I saw her. Breakfast each morning was delicious and there were always seats available. The pool area was very pleasant and had many lounge chairs with umbrellas along with many tables to sit at. Towels at the pool area was always available and the grounds in general, were well taken care of. My only suggestion is to create a sidewalk to the lobby from the parking area so you don’t get muddy from the wet grass after the sprinklers go off. 😉"

"The staff was wonderful, nice and very helpful. I like that this hotel is located near lots of places to eat and supports local places like Bishop Museum and the Art Museum. My husband and I was able to use our 2 free tickets to go to Bishop Museum. Our room was upgraded to a 1bdrm suite that had a full kitchen and our own washing machine and dryer. The view was amazing from the entire suite. The best view was from my bedroom with all those big windows! This was our first time staying here and definitely coming back in the future."
