We received a complimentary room upgrade and loved it! It had a ‘pond’, which was really a private pool and a terrace overlooking the beach. Just gorgeous! The staff deserves a huge shoutout. Every single person we met was friendly, genuine, and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. From little surprises in the room to great tips about the island, it felt like they really cared about our experience. The bar manager and tender went above and beyond - even blending fresh mango just for our drinks! Calilo isn’t just a place to stay — it’s an experience. We left feeling completely refreshed and already planning when we can come back. If you’re thinking about it, book it. You will not regret it. We will definitely stay for longer next time!"
